Producer Role

Hello.

We’re Lambda Films. If you’re an experienced producer, we’re sounding the proverbial klaxon and would love to work with you as a meaningful part of our team, helping to deliver upcoming work on a freelance, part-time, or full-time basis in the coming weeks, months and years.

We are a small team, so this would suit someone comfortable being closely involved. That may include leading UK and international shoots, supporting and shaping pre-production, keeping projects organised and on track, and providing continuity across productions when others are unavailable. Alongside the practical responsibilities around schedules, budgets, suppliers, and production paperwork, we are keen to work with someone whose creative input and judgement would genuinely matter.

What matters most to us is not job titles or years in the industry, but mindset, judgement, and the ability to take responsibility. We are looking for someone who can take real weight off the team, be relied on during production, and contribute thoughtfully to how work is planned and delivered.

We would strongly prefer someone local or near-local. We have a lovely studio space in a converted church in NR1 and, particularly during production periods, working together in person is valuable.
