Gearset approached us with a clear objective: to boost brand awareness through a sharp, engaging series of animations tailored for digital platforms. As a leading Salesforce DevOps solution, they wanted to position themselves ahead of key competitors, with a campaign that highlighted their reliability, scalability and ease of use, without falling into the trap of being overly technical or corporate.
We created a suite of three 30-second pre-roll ads, crafted specifically for YouTube, that each focused on common pain points faced by their audience: overwhelming workloads, scaling challenges, and fear of unreliable deployments. The tone was light-hearted yet insightful, drawing on real-world frustrations and presenting Gearset as the intuitive, trusted solution.
These videos were also combined into a longer, punchier cut, used on LinkedIn and at industry events. Each 2D animation followed Gearset’s brand guidelines, using their distinct yellow colour scheme and line art style, developed in close collaboration with their in-house design team.
